Access Requests Quickly

Contact your Finance Active consultant to enable your access to the Guarantor Portal module.

1. Log in to your Fairways Guarantees account.
2. Navigate to Dashboard.

From the Guarantor Portal widget:

• Click View all requests to open the Guarantor Portal dashboard with the list of all the existing requests.
• Click View requests assigned to corporates to open the Guarantor Portal dashboard with the list of all the requests assigned to corporates by guarantors. An action on these requests is then required from the clients. 
• Click View requests assigned to guarantors to open the Guarantor Portal dashboard with the list of all the requests submitted to guarantors by corporates. An action on these requests is then expected from the guarantors.

Note: Each button on the widget shows the number of the corresponding requests.
