Fairways Debt's rights enable you to create directly a user under the new permission system.
It is therefore no longer necessary to create a user under the legacy permission system and then switch ito the new one.
Note: Only users associated with a role that enables the appropriate permissions can manage users. Contact your Finance Active consultant for further information.
Prerequisites
Navigate to the Access Rights Application
- Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
- Navigate to Applications
> Administration > Access Rights.
Create a User under the New Permission System
- Click Manage Users.
- Click Add User.
- Complete the form with all relevant details.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
| Field | Description |

| Full Name | User's name, displays in human readable outputs: screens, emails or documents. |
| Email Address | Used for authentication, unique within the system. |
| Language | Language used by the user. |
- Select a role to associate with the user and select the perimeter of that role.
Tip: Click Add Role to associate multiple roles with the user.
Note: After creating a user, you cannot delete it.
- Click Save.
The user account is created and enabled by default. The user receives an email including their login details to log in to Fairways Debt.
