Fairways Debt enables you to batch import drawings, i.e. simultaneously create multiple drawings on construction loans, using an Excel file.
You can download the available Excel template from the Life Cycle tab of the relevant transaction, in the Drawings section (select New Action > Import Drawing). Once you complete the data, upload the file from the Drawings section to import the corresponding data. The new drawings are then imported into the construction loan.
Note: The existing drawings are automatically deleted when the Excel file is uploaded.
