New Indicator for a Covenant Formula Metric
The Hedged Interest Cost indicator is now available in Fairways Debt when defining or updating a formula metric.
This indicator can also be selected for periodic reports. It is equal to the sum of the Interest Expense indicator and the Hedging Interest Expense indicator over the period, for the loans in the portfolio that are hedged by derivatives. For derivatives, the value of the indicator is N/A.
Portfolio Privacy Policy Update
For accounts with privacy policies enabled, the permission Enable View Permission for Users inside the Organization is now enabled by default in the Portfolio Privacy Policy section when an entity is created. It is thus no longer necessary to set the view permissions on the entity for each new user in the organization.
