Covenants
Covenants can now be attached at the drawdown (CF drawing) level, enabling more granular covenant tracking and monitoring.
This enhancement is particularly valuable when drawdowns are linked to specific assets, allowing covenants to be managed and analyzed with greater precision at the asset-level rather than only at the facility level.
Bug Fixes
Covenants – Entities Menu
Fixed an issue where the Covenants tab intermittently failed to scroll to the bottom, preventing some covenants from being displayed. The full list of covenants is now consistently accessible without requiring a page refresh or tab change.
Fix for Chrome. Next release will fix this bug for Firefox.
Analysis & Reporting – Financial Risks
Resolved an inconsistency in the Financial Risks analysis for deals with a future trade date. Rate commitment is now correctly returned for simulated forward-traded loans, in addition to capital commitment.
Analysis & Reporting – Financial Risk Reports
Corrected a discrepancy between the Financial Risk analysis report and the KI Standard Report for the 0–1Y time range. Both reports are now fully aligned.
Debt & Derivatives – Facility Agreement
Fixed an issue that prevented users from modifying the principal amount of participations due to an invalid input error.
API – Public Documentation
Removed non-Fairways Debt endpoints from the Public API documentation to improve clarity and avoid confusion.
