2026/05/20 - Fairways Debt - Release Notes

Overview

This release of Fairways Debt delivers one new capability, several platform improvements, and twelve resolved issues across the debt, covenants, custom index, analysis, mass modification, calendar, account administration and pricer modules.

All items below are part of release FWD.26.05.

What's new

• Automated drawing creation for loans with an availability period — Standard loans now support automated drawing creation when an availability period is configured. Drawings are generated automatically based on the loan setup, reducing manual data entry and the risk of omission.

Improvements

• Platform modernization — The Analysis module has been upgraded to the latest Angular 21 framework, improving performance and ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Single Sign-On reliability — Two improvements to the Single Sign-On flow: smoother handling of redirect URLs (resolves an intermittent 502 issue on local routing) and clearer error responses returned during authentication.
• Custom Index — Advanced configuration — The legacy beta toggle for the Advanced configuration on Custom Index has been retired; advanced options are now part of the standard configuration.

Resolved issues

Covenants

• Updates to a covenant metric name are now correctly reflected in the covenant history.
• Significant performance improvements when working with portfolios that contain a high number of covenants.

Custom Index

• Fixing date rules are now correctly applied to Shared Custom Indexes when the "Spot Value" method is selected.

Analysis & Reporting

• Average Rate calculation: the nominal of Cap, Floor and Collar instruments is now correctly included in the computation.

Mass Modification

• Importing a "Cash Facility Balance" file via Mass Modification no longer triggers a server error.

Calendar / Debt & Derivatives

• Maturity events on Municipal Commercial paper instruments are now consistent across the Calendar and the Debt & Derivatives modules.

Account Administration

• Publishing Templates: special characters such as "-" are now correctly handled across multiple languages.
• Creation of new Cross Account (CAM) users now completes successfully.

Guarantees

• Permissions on Entities with a consolidation rate below 100% are now correctly respected when working with Guarantees.

Document Upload

• Reliability improvements on the legacy document upload endpoint.

Pricer

• Building a Zero-Coupon Bond with a credit spread no longer fails.
• The market rate displayed in the Pricer application has been corrected.
