📩 Improved Document Upload Notifications
Smarter antivirus-related notifications
When a document upload fails the antivirus scan (status: Infected, Error, Unknown, etc.), a notification is now sent only after the final antivirus result is confirmed.
- Notifications are sent only to the user who uploaded the document in case of failure
- The message clearly indicates that the document upload failed
- Prevents premature or unnecessary alerts
This enhancement improves clarity and ensures users are informed only when action is required.
⚡ Faster Covenant Overview Performance
The Covenant Overview page has been optimized for environments with a large number of covenants.
- Improved loading time
- Smoother navigation
- Better scalability for large portfolios

🛠 Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
📊 Analysis & Reporting
Swaps – Current Rate inconsistencies (Entity Membership < 100%)
Resolved inconsistencies in total current rate calculations when including/excluding derivatives, particularly in cases where entity membership was below 100% and when swap legs view options were applied.
Swaps – Day Count Convention (30/360 & Actual/360)
Fixed calculation discrepancies impacting swap current rate reporting under specific membership and derivative inclusion scenarios.
Compliance Policy – Annual Frequency Error
Resolved an issue where running a Compliance Policy analysis with an Annual frequency and without selecting “Include Renewal Policies” resulted in an error page.
Standard Report vs Financial Risk Analysis
Improved alignment by ensuring simulated deals linked to transactions in the Actual portfolio are excluded from calculations where applicable.
📑 Covenants
Covenant Overview – Display Issue
Resolved layout issues where data fields were overlapping in the Covenant Overview page.
Covenants Visibility After Deal Status Change
When a deal containing covenants is moved from Actual to Draft or Simulated, the covenant is now removed immediately from the Entities page Covenant tab.
Tranche Aggregation in Reporting
Fixed an issue impacting composed covenants with tranche structures when the “Aggregate tranches into facility” option was selected in reporting.
🔁 Batch Update
Restored “View Raw Data” Link
Resolved a regression where the “View raw data” link was no longer visible in batch upload details.
💱 Debt & Derivatives
Term Sonia – IRS Access & Editing
- Fixed an issue preventing users from opening IRS indexed on Term Sonia (Oops page)
- Resolved error occurring when editing custom amortization schedules on Term Sonia swaps
