Create an Event for a Guarantee

Create events in Fairways Guarantees to record and detail the life cycle of the guarantees.




Navigate to the Guarantees Section
  1. Log in to your Fairways Guarantees account.
  2. Select a customer account.
  3. Navigate to Guarantees.



Create an Event for a Guarantee
  1. Click to open the relevant guarantee.


  1. Click Actions > Add Items > Add Event.


  1. Complete the form with all relevant details.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

Field Description
Type Event category.
Date Date at which the event occurs.
Caption Event summary. 
Description Additional details about the event. 
Users to Notify Users to receive the email notification about the event creation.
  1. Click OK to save.


The new event displays in the event calendar of the guarantee...


... and in the account calendar.
