In Fairways Debt, you can create custom indexes, enabling you to manually enter specific fixing values.
Notes:
- Custom indexes cannot be deleted only disabled.
- Only administrators can manage shared custom indexes. Account administrators can manage global and local indexes at account and organization levels, whereas organization administrators can only manage local indexes at organization level.
Navigate to the Account Administration
- Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
- Select a customer account.
- Click Applications
> Account Administration.
Create a Custom Index
- Navigate to:
- Administration > Organization Settings to create a local custom index.
- Account > Account Configuration to create a global custom index.
- Click Add Shared Index.
- Complete the form with all relevant details.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

- Click Apply to create the index.
The new shared custom index displays.
Add a Fixing to the Index
- Click:
- Add Fixing to add a single fixing.
- Import Excel to add multiple fixings.
- Complete the form with all relevant details.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

- Click Apply or upload the completed file to add the fixing(s).
The fixing(s) display in the list.
Enable the Index
Click Enable > Confirm to make the index visible and available for use.
The index is available in the Indexation panel.
