Fairways Debt uses OpenID Connect, through Auth0, to manage authorization and authentication.
Within Fairways Debt, the identity is certified and relayed as a JSON Web Token (JWT), which is delivered by the OAuth2 protocol.
However, some systems are incompatible with OAuth2, e.g. Microsoft Excel. API keys can nevertheless resolve this issue.
Once an API key is given, it is hidden. If you have forgotten your API key, you can revoke the current one and get a new one.
Prerequisites
- Enable the feature (contact your consultant)
Navigate to Your Settings
- Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
- Click your user profile.
- Click API Keys.
Revoke Your API Key
- Click Revoke API Key.
- Click Yes to revoke the key.
Your personal key has been revoked.
