In Fairways Debt, the Next Payment indicator refers to the next interest payment (excluding any other payment type such as fee payment, etc.).

Next Payment / Fixing Date

This indicator shows the fixing date applied to the next interest payment. A value is only displayed for floating indexes and if there is only one fixing used to compute interests for the next payment. 

 

Next Payment / Fixing Value This indicator shows the value of the index applied to the next interest payment. A value is only displayed for floating indexes and if there is only one fixing used to compute interests for the next payment. In the context of an RFR index, it corresponds to the first fixing used to compute the compounded index for the next event after the analysis date that will initiate a computation.

 

Next Payment / Interest Rate

This indicator shows the actual interest rate applied to the next interest payment, by adding up the fixing value and the spread.

 

Next Payment / Spread

This indicator is computed as the difference between the interest rate and the fixing value. It is not computed if the indicator for the fixing value is not available.
