Aggregated amount of rents to pay on the report date, based on the actual payment date, in the currency applied to the report:

Payment amount of the transaction / Count of days in the schedule period * Count of days from the report date to the end date of the schedule period

Note: The Accrued Rent (in advance) indicator only applies to leases in advance.

### Example 1 - Unadjusted Payment Date - Different Report Date

On 10 May 2021, the accrued rent of 0041 is EUR 83 972,07.

• The report date is 10 May 2021, corresponding to the 5 May - 5 June 2021 period of the transaction.
• The payment amount for that period is EUR 100 120,54.
• The period lasts 31 days.
• There are 26 days between the report date on 10 May 2021 and the end date of the schedule period on 5 June 2021.

Payment amount of the transaction / Count of days in the schedule period * Count of days from the report date to the end date of the schedule period

= 100 120,54 / 31 * 26
