Fairways Debt can remind you of specific events, using notification emails.
Navigate to Your Notification Settings
- Log in to your Fairways Debt account and select a customer account, if relevant.
- Click Notifications.
Create a Notification
- Click Add Notification.
- Complete the form with all relevant details.

| With Filter | Filter criteria to refine the notification. Refer to the Configure Filter criteria section for more information. |
- Click Apply to create the notification.
The new notification displays in the list.

| Loan Order Consolidation | A loan order is consolidated by the borrower. |
| Loan Order Validation Request | A loan order validation request is submitted by the borrower. |
| Loan Order Validation | A loan order is validated by the lender. |
| Contractual Extensions | Date at which a contractual extension takes effect. |
| Collateral Revision | Date at which the collateral is revised. |
| Due Date of Prepayment Penalty | Date at which a prepayment penalty is due. |
| Margin Revision Date | Date at which the margin is revised. |
| Maturity | Date at which a transaction matures. |
| Notice Date of Prepayment Penalty | Alert that a prepayment penalty is due soon. |
| Payment | Date at which a payment is due. |
| Rate Revision Date | Date at which the rate is revised. |
| Spread Revision Date | Date at which the spread is revised. |
| Swap Cancelation Date | Date at which the swap is canceled. |
| Transaction Fixing Date | Date at which a fixing is updated. |
| Covenant Not Compliant | A covenant is in "Not Compliant" status. It does not meet the metrics required. |
| Covenant Publication | Covenant status to report to lenders. |
| Covenant Warning | A covenant is in "Warning" status. |
| Task List Assignment | A task list event has been assigned to the user. |
| Task List Daily Update | Daily update of all the task lists (task lists that are already overdue or will become overdue in a given period, task lists updated since the last notification). |
