You can now use the indicators:
- Accrued Rent to Date in spot reports: the rent amount to pay till the analysis date. In this example, the rent payment date of transaction #0059 is the same as the analysis date, hence 0€.
- Accrued Rent over Period in single period and periodic reports: the rent amount to pay during a defined period. In this example, the period is defined using an annual frequency from 1 March 2019 to 1 March 2024.
Note: These indicators only apply to leases in arrears.
