Since last month, you have been refinancing standard loans in Fairways Debt with only one option: a full repayment including cash flows.
This works well for accountants, but as a treasurer, you may not want to see these cash flows.
Now, you can either fully refinance with or without cash flows.
Transaction schedules of both types remain the same, i.e. cash flows display. However, schedule reports now display differently.
Only the last payment of the refinanced transaction displays.
However, IF the refinancing transaction includes a prepayment penalty AND IF that prepayment penalty must be refinanced by the refinancing transaction, then that penalty line displays.
