Committed Amount

In Fairways Debt, the committed amount is the maximum total of the outstanding amount that can be borrowed.

For facilities, e.g. cash facilities or credit facilities, the committed amount represents the current limit amount.

For other transaction types, the committed amount is equal to:

  • the outstanding balance at the end of the day, if there is no availability period; or
  • the outstanding balance at the end of the day plus the remaining undrawn amount as of the report date, if there is an availability period.
