The Principal Amortization Frequency in Fairways Debt displays the amortization periodicity applied to the principals of straight line transactions.
Note: If no amortization frequency is associated with the straight line transaction, no value displays in the reports.
In this example, no Principal Amortization Frequency value displays for some transactions:
- 0010, 0014, and 0016 are not associated with the straight line amortization type.
- 0013 is not associated with any amortization frequency (this value is optional).
