Tasks can be defined and associated with an event type. These tasks can be managed, assigned and monitored on the Calendar application and the Compliance Calendar module.
Note: Only administrators can manage tasks.
Contact your Finance Active consultant to enable the Compliance Calendar module.
Navigate to the Calendar Application
- Log in to your Fairways Debt account and select a customer account, if relevant.
- Navigate to Applications > Calendar
Create a Task
- Click Calendar Settings
- Click Add Task on the Tasks tab.
- Complete the form with all relevant details.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.
|Name||Unique name of the task.|
|Description||Description of the task, that displays in the calendar and in the transaction page.|
- Click OK to confirm.
The new task displays in the tasks list.
