Create a Task

Tasks can be defined and associated with an event type. These tasks can be managed, assigned and monitored on the Calendar application and the Compliance Calendar module.

Note: Only administrators can manage tasks.


Contact your Finance Active consultant to enable the Compliance Calendar module.

Navigate to the Calendar Application
  1. Log in to your Fairways Debt account and select a customer account, if relevant.
  2. Navigate to Applications Applications.png > Calendar
Create a Task
  1. Click Calendar Settings Setting_Gray.png
  2. Click Add Task on the Tasks tab.TaskTab_EN.png
  3. Complete the form with all relevant details.

Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

Field Description
Name Unique name of the task.
Description Description of the task, that displays in the calendar and in the transaction page.
  1. Click OK to confirm.


The new task displays in the tasks list.
