Apply Characteristics to All Tranche Participations

The Debt & Derivatives application enables you to simultaneously match all participation characteristics with its tranche characteristics.

Navigate to the Debt & Derivatives Application
  1. Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
  2. Select a customer account.
  3. Navigate to Applications Applications.png > Debt & Derivatives.
Select the Tranche for Applying Characteristics
  1. Click Draft.
  2. Open a facility agreement.

  1. Open a standard loan tranche.

  1. Click Add  > Apply to All Transactions.

  1. Click Apply Standard Characteristics.

  1. Click OK to confirm.

  • The characteristics of the tranche apply to all the characteristics of the participations.
  • Non usage fees created at participation levels are deleted.
Example

Our facility agreement tranche include these characteristics.

A participation of that same facility agreement tranche include different characteristics.

The participation include different types of fees, created at the participation level.

After applying the tranche characteristics to all participations:

  • The characteristics of the tranche apply to all the characteristics of the participations.

  • Non usage fees created at participation levels are deleted.
