Enable/Disable a User

New user accounts in Fairways Guarantees remain pending until the user first logs in to the application. Once the new user has completed their profile, their user account status becomes active. Administrators can then manage user account statuses.

Note: Only administrators can manage users.




Navigate to the Users Section
  1. Log in to your Fairways Guarantees account.
  2. Select a customer account.
  3. Navigate to Administration > Users.



Enable/Disable a User

Click to toggle the user status beside the user account to enable/disable.

Note: A user account (same email address) can only be active in one Fairways account.




In this example, Jacques is active, whereas Patrice is inactive.
