As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Zendesk portal.
Extending the features of the current platform, the new platform will improve the service we offer to our clients:

From Wednesday 28 November 2018, when logging in to access technical support, you will be taken to the new help system. Our current support procedures do not change, just the look and feel of creating and checking tickets.
We hope you find the new website fresh and modern. We worked hard to make sure it contains valuable information to assist you when using the platform.
This is a new step, and there will obviously be a rocky period of growth and adjustment before things smoothen. Your feedback will help us ensure that those changes are helpful for everyone.
