- Log in to your Fairways Debt account, e.g. https://login.financeactive.com/login.
- Select a customer account.
- Click your user profile.
- Click Edit Password to receive the password reset email.
The email is sent to your mailbox.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Next to confirm.
Note: The password must meet the following security requirements:
- Maximum 2 identical characters in a row
- At least 10 characters
- At least 3 out of these 4 requirements:
- At least 1 digit: 0-9
- At least 1 lower-case letter: a-z
- At least 1 upper-case letter: A-Z
- At least 1 special character: !@#$%^&*
