Edit a User Password

  1. Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
  2. Select a customer account.
  3. Click your user profile.
  4. Click Edit Password to receive the password reset email.

The email is sent to your mailbox.

  1. Follow the instructions in the email.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Click Next to confirm.

Note: The password must meet the following security requirements:

  • Maximum 2 identical characters in a row
  • At least 10 characters
  • At least 3 out of these 4 requirements:
    • At least 1 digit: 0-9
    • At least 1 lower-case letter: a-z
    • At least 1 upper-case letter: A-Z
    • At least 1 special character: !@#$%^&*
