Create an Event Notification

Fairways Debt can remind you of specific events, using notification emails.

 

Navigate to Your Settings
  1. Log in to your Fairways Debt account, e.g. https://login.financeactive.com/login, and select a customer account, if relevant.
  2. Click Notifications.

In this example, we log in to the Main City account.

Create a Notification
  1. Click Add Notification.

  1. Complete the form with all relevant details.

Field

Description

Type

Event type triggering the notification.

Note: Extra fields may display depending on the selected type.

Document Type

Note: This field only displays for notification event types.

Document template to associate with the event.

Notice Period Before Event

Frequency of the notification reception, related to the event trigger.

With Filter

Filter criteria to refine the notification.

  1. Click Apply to create the notification.

Uploaded Documents

A document associated with a transaction.

Collateral Revision

Date at which the collateral is revised.

Due Date of Prepayment Penalty

Date at which a prepayment penalty is due.

Margin Revision Date

Date at which the margin is revised.

Maturity

Date at which a transaction matures.

Notice Date of Prepayment Penalty

Alert a prepayment penalty is due soon.

Payment

Date at which a payment is due.

Rate Revision Date

Date at which the rate should be revised.

Swap Cancelation Date

Date at which the swap is canceled.

Transaction Fixing Date

Date at which a fixing is updated.

Covenant Not Compliant

A covenant does not meet the metrics required.

Covenant Publication

Covenant status to report to lenders.

 

Configure Filter Criteria

Filter criteria type.

Defines how items and values match.
