Enable/Disable the Automatic Application of Custom Attributes

1. Log in to your Fairways Debt account.
2. Select a customer account.
3. Navigate to Applications  > Account Administration.

1. Navigate to Account > Global Settings.
2. Click Edit in the Characteristics section.

3. At the level of the Custom Attributes Auto Visible field:
   1. Select the checkbox to automatically apply custom attributes to all organizations of the account: all attributes are visible for all organizations.
   2. Deselect the checkbox to manually apply custom attributes to specific organizations: you must then enable manually each custom attribute to make it visible.
4. Click Apply to save.

If you deselect the Custom Attributes Auto Visible setting, the Organization Custom Attributes and Organization External Indicators sections display in the Organization Settings.
